I am still trying to figure out his decision to select Palin. If he was going for a major attention-grab, he definitely got it. I think I am more excited about the vice-presidential debate than last night's. It's always a treat to see Palin in impromptu situations.
I'd be willing to bet that Palin finds a way to get out of the debate next week. McCain wouldn't even let her answer questions after last night's debate.
That's encouraging.
