10 Years Ago Today . . .

It's hard to believe it has been 10 years since I flew home from Guatemala after having one of the most amazing experiences I ever could have imagined possible. So much has happened since that day, yet I still think about it and dream about it almost every day. The hardest part is knowing that it won't be the same place when I finally make it back to visit.

I remember you said something about there not being a day that goes by that you don't think about Guatemala for some reason or another before I left for Hungary. Admittedly, I thought you were exaggerating. Now that I have been home for four years I realize how true it was. Usually, it is the most random strange things. Like small streets or brief conversations. Maybe I can arrange to do a summer research program there and you can be my interpreter.

I agree with you both. It was an honor and a blessing to serve in Guatemala with Elder Patrick Hall.

Rob, I think I got the better deal: I met my wife because of you. :)
